Job Description:
The BTL (Below-The-Line) Activation Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing on-ground brand activations to boost Elmore Beauty’s visibility, consumer engagement, and sales. This role involves handling event logistics, collaborating with vendors, coordinating brand ambassadors, and ensuring that all activations align with the brand image and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute BTL campaigns including mall activations, exhibitions, kiosks, pop-up stores, and sampling activities.
- Coordinate with creative and production agencies for branding material, event setups, and promotional collateral.
- Negotiate and liaise with event organizers, mall managements, and outdoor vendors for the best placements and deals.
- Recruit, train, and manage promoters, brand ambassadors (BAs), and activation teams.
- Monitor event performance, collect leads, and provide daily/weekly reports on activation results and customer feedback.
- Ensure branding standards and product display guidelines are followed during all activations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align activation strategies with sales objectives.
- Manage BTL budgets, ensuring cost-effective executions without compromising on quality.
- Analyze post-activation data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Manage outdoor advertising, in-store branding, stands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or brand activations (preferably FMCG, beauty, or retail sector).
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for activations across cities.
