Job Description:

Elmore Beauty is seeking a dynamic and performance-oriented Digital Marketing & PR Executive who can not only elevate the brand’s visibility through strategic PR and influencer campaigns but also drive measurable online sales through expertly executed digital advertising. This role demands a sharp understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, co-branding collaborations, and the ability to work under pressure while achieving set targets. The ideal candidate is certified in running ads, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Sales & Ad Management
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms to meet digital sales targets.
    • Own end-to-end ad management including budgeting, audience targeting, A/B testing, tracking, and reporting.
    • Ensure each campaign is ROI-driven and aligns with brand positioning and growth strategy.
    • Use tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics to monitor ad performance and optimize results.
  • Public Relations & Influencer Marketing
    • Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance Elmore Beauty’s presence across digital, print, and broadcast media.
    • Build strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, editors, influencers, and other stakeholders in the beauty and lifestyle space.
    • Manage the execution of influencer campaigns — from shortlisting and onboarding to briefing and performance tracking.
  • Brand Partnerships & Events
    • Identify, initiate, and manage brand collaborations, co-branding opportunities, and sponsorships to amplify brand visibility.
    • Plan and execute brand events, product launches, press conferences, exhibitions, and consumer-facing activations.
    • Ensure timely execution and flawless delivery of all brand events within allocated budgets.
  • Content & Campaign Support
    • Collaborate with the creative team for campaign planning, ideation, and content execution.
    • Support in basic content creation and videography for social media if needed.
    • Ensure brand consistency and storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Performance Reporting & Target Tracking
    • Monitor and report on campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
    • Maintain a database of media contacts, collaborators, and event partners.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align digital strategies with revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, PR, influencer campaigns, and/or brand partnerships (preferably in beauty, fashion, or FMCG).
  • Proven experience in running paid ads and achieving digital sales targets.
  • Recognized certification in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or Google Ads is a must.
  • Strong media and influencer contacts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines and performance targets.
  • Ability to work flexible hours during campaign rollouts and events.
